Tina Subritzky

When Tina first stepped inside a relative's villa, it was a defining moment. She loved what she saw! It had a magnificent sense of arrival and history, qualities that inspired her to create her own peice of New Zealand history in Whangarei, and after gaining a diploma in Interior Design Tina set about renovating "doer-uppers."

In 2006 Tina embarked upon her biggest challenge to date: to relocate a 95 year old villa shell from Mount Eden, Auckland, to Whangarei. Seeing it's potential she was determined and had a vision of establishing her own lifestyle property - no matter how much others tried to put her off. Two years, and hours of intensive work later, a classical family home was created - blending the original architecture with elements of contemporary living.

Tina has spent many years at Northern Publishing - which later led on to the creation of Scene Magazine with a fellow graphic designer and the current publisher of the publication. Experienced in print advertising and marketing, Tina has also owned her own mortgage brokering business. These skills and experience, matched with her own interest and hands-on experience in property, means that Tina can offer her clients a powerful combination of skills, experience, and expertise to draw upon. Tina is currently homestyling properties with Allens to create buyer appeal, and maximise a property’s sale price in a minimum amount of time. After her first year in real estate, Tina was announced Allens 2009 Rookie of the Year.

Horses have also been a huge part of Tina's life - whether it be from competing at local shows to attending horseman clinics all over New Zealand.

Tina has two daughters: Jasmine, who teaches Equestrian Studies; and Chloe, who is intending to train as a beautician.
